Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of the order being placed.  Only paid orders will be shipped.  All invoiced orders requesting customer payment will be withheld from shipping until the invoice is paid in full.  Paid invoice orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.  

Order processing and shipping takes place from Monday 8AM CST through Friday 2PM CST.

In the case of high order volume or holidays, processing and shipping timeframes may take longer.  Customers will receive communications regarding longer than normal processing and shipping timeframes should this occur.

Wild Features Collective cannot guarantee shipping timeframes once the order has left our possession.  Tracking numbers will be provided for each order via email.
